Beginning Of A New Chapter

Well, today is the day I was offered the salary for the new job and I excepted. It was more than I had expected and part of me was hoping the offer wouldn't be any good. I've been with my current (soon to be previous) employer for 10 years now. I have a lot of time and equity put in to this job and it's been surprisingly difficult to think about leaving. There's no doubt I'll miss it and I'm hoping I won't cry like a baby when I say good bye.
